A prepaid wallet
Your account has a small prepaid balance — a wallet. Every fee is drawn from it. You can top it up yourself (EUR 10 or EUR 20), or turn on auto-pay and let a saved card keep it filled. The wallet holds non-interest-bearing service credit, and it's always your money: you can ask for the remaining balance back at any time (see below).
What you pay
Pricing is simple and VAT-inclusive:
- EUR 3 / month covers your first connected bank account.
- EUR 1 / month for each additional connected account.
You only pay for accounts with a live bank connection. A bank consent often covers more accounts than you actually want — you can permanently remove the ones you don't need from the Accounts page, and they stop counting from the next month. Removing an account also deletes its imported data and cannot be undone. Disconnect them all and the monthly fee is zero — your existing data stays viewable for free.
How months are counted
Billing periods are UTC calendar months. If you join or reconnect part-way through a month, that month is prorated — you pay only for the days that remain.
Add a bank account mid-month and you're charged a small prorated top-up for the rest of that month. Remove one — by disconnecting the bank or by removing that single account — and there's nothing more to pay that month; the next month simply reflects the lower count. We don't refund for accounts you drop mid-month — you had the service — but you're never billed ahead for accounts you don't have.
Auto-pay and the wallet buffer
Auto-pay is optional. When it's on, your saved card is charged only when your wallet can't cover a fee — never for more than you owe in service.
One extra detail, in your favour: each card charge carries a small fixed processing fee, so paying a tiny amount every single month is wasteful. When we do need to charge your card, we add a little extra — up to EUR 5 — to your wallet as prepaid credit. The next month then settles straight from your wallet with no card fee at all. It's still your money: any unused balance is refundable on request, and every receipt shows your usage charge and the total charged to your card, so the top-up is always visible.
If a payment can't be collected
You get a 7-day grace period. After that we may pause syncing and new bank connections until payment is received. Your stored data stays viewable throughout, and any accrued fees remain payable.
Refunds and cancellation
You can turn off auto-pay at any time under Billing. You can also request a refund of your remaining wallet balance at any time, free of charge, by writing to [email protected]. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change. The full legal terms are in our Terms of Service.
